1. The Terms of Use define the rules of access to the course published on the website https://www.medianumericacademy.eu/ (hereinafter: the website), i.e. the service provided electronically by the portal administrator Fundacja Centrum Cyfrowe (hereinafter: the Foundation) located at ul. Chmielna 24/2, 00-020 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs, KRS number: 0000581817, NIP: 525 263 30 78.

1a. To use the website, you must have devices that allow you to use Internet resources and an Internet browser that allows you to display websites.

1b. Access to the website is possible after logging in.

2. The user of the website is obliged to comply with the website's regulations.

3. The portal administrator allows you to post comments on shared forums and send messages to other users of the website.

4. The user of the website publishes comments/sends messages on his/her own behalf and solely at his/her own risk.

5. Users are prohibited from posting comments/sending messages:

• contrary to generally applicable law;

• calling for discrimination or hatred, in particular on grounds of race, religion, ethnicity or sexual orientation;

• promoting violence;

• containing vulgar or offensive content;

• containing content unrelated to the topic of the website, including advertising content; 

• that may violate the personal rights of third parties;

• spam (large number of comments with the same or similar content);

• dangerous to the proper functioning of devices or IT systems, in particular containing links that threaten the security of the proper functioning of devices or IT systems.

7. The portal administrator reserves the right to block access to the account to a user who repeatedly violates the regulations, despite warnings sent by the website administrator.

8. The portal administrator makes every effort to ensure the proper operation of the website, but informs that in the event of a failure, regardless of its cause, there is a possibility of loss of collected data or disruption of data transmission to the website.

9. The Terms of Use are valid from the moment of publication. The portal administrator reserves the right to make changes to the regulations. Changes become effective when they are published on the website.

The portal administrator reserves the right to leave a report unanswered if it concerns dysfunction resulting from ignorance or failure to comply with the terms of use.
