2. The user of the website is obliged to comply with the website's regulations.
3. The portal administrator allows you to post comments on shared forums and send messages to other users of the website.

5. Users are prohibited from posting comments/sending messages:

The administrator of the personal data provided as part of the implementation of the "MediaNumeric Academy" under the Erasmus+ MediaNumeric project is the MediaNumeric consortium, with the Netherlands Institute for Sound and Vision, based in Hilversum, the Netherlands, acting as the project coordinator.
Your personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of implementing the "MediaNumeric Academy" online course, in particular confirming the eligibility of expenses, providing support, monitoring, evaluation, control, audit and reporting, as well as information and promotion activities under the Erasmus+ project.
Providing data is a necessary condition for receiving support and implementing the project, and refusing to provide it is tantamount to the inability to provide support under the project.
Your data - name and surname, email address will be collected when you enrol in the course. They are needed for the administrator also to issue a certificate, once you complete the course. Other course participants will only have access to your name and surname.
The personal data provided will not be transferred to a third country or international organisation.
The personal data provided will not be subject to automated decision-making.
The provided personal data will be stored until six years after the completion of the course.
